BUILDING YOUR BRAND - Leadership, Confidence & Personal Presence (North York)
1-Week Leadership & Personal Branding Workshop | Ages 14–17
The Build Your Brand Summer Workshop is a dynamic, hands-on program designed to help teens build confidence, leadership presence, and a strong personal brand that supports success in school, college applications, scholarships, and future careers.
In today’s world, how students communicate, present themselves, and show up online and in person matters more than ever. This camp empowers students to understand who they are, what makes them unique, and how to share their strengths with clarity and confidence. Through interactive activities, guided discussions, and real-world examples, students learn how leadership begins with self-awareness and intentional communication.
Participants explore key skills such as identifying personal strengths, values, and interests; articulating their goals; and developing a positive, professional personal brand. Students practice effective communication, networking, and self-advocacy while learning how to make strong first impressions in interviews, classrooms, extracurricular settings, and social environments.
The program also addresses digital presence and professionalism, helping students understand how their online behavior, social media, and digital footprint contribute to their overall personal brand. Students gain practical strategies for presenting themselves authentically and responsibly in both online and offline spaces.
With small class sizes, students receive personalized guidance and feedback in a supportive, confidence-building environment. They build out their professional profiles By the end of the camp, participants leave with greater self-confidence, improved communication skills, and a clear understanding of how to intentionally build and protect the “Brand of Me.”
The week wraps up with presentations on Friday giving students a chance to reflect on their growth, connect with peers, and celebrate their accomplishments.

What is the Leadership & Personal Branding Summer Program? This Program is a structured, week-long leadership experience that helps students identify their strengths, build confidence, develop a professional personal brand, and practice communication and presentation skills essential for school, college, scholarships, and future careers.
Who is this Program designed for? The Program is designed for students ages 14–17, including middle and high school students who want to build leadership skills, improve confidence, and prepare for post-secondary opportunities.
What are the Program hours? The Program runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM each day.
How large are the class sizes? We intentionally keep small class sizes to ensure individualized coaching, meaningful feedback, and strong student engagement.
Does my child need prior leadership or business experience? No prior experience is required. This Program is beginner-friendly and designed to meet students where they are.
What will students learn during the week? Students will learn how to identify their strengths, communicate confidently, build a personal leadership brand, create a LinkedIn profile, network professionally, and deliver a polished presentation.
Will students create a LinkedIn profile? Yes. Students are guided step-by-step in creating or improving a student-appropriate LinkedIn profile, including headlines, summaries, experiences, and networking etiquette.
Is social media required to participate? No. While students learn about digital presence and online reputation, participation does not require personal social media accounts beyond LinkedIn, which is used professionally.
Is there a presentation requirement? Yes. As with all of our Programs, students complete a final presentation on Friday, where they present their leadership identity, strengths, goals, and personal brand.
What happens on Friday? Friday is Presentation Day and Pizza Day 🍕 Students deliver their final presentations, receive feedback, celebrate their accomplishments, and are awarded Certificates of Completion.
Will students receive a certificate? Yes. All students who complete the Program receive an official Certificate of Completion.
Do students receive a letter of recommendation? Yes. Students who actively participate and complete all Program requirements are eligible to receive a Letter of Recommendation for scholarships, leadership programs, or post-secondary applications.
How does this Program support college and scholarship applications? This Program helps students articulate their strengths, demonstrate leadership, gain presentation experience, build a professional online presence.
What should my child bring to camp each day?
Students are required to bring their own personal laptop, as it is an essential tool for participating in daily activities, group work, and project development.
